2010

Ceres formed as a carve out of the semiconductor product line and services following the sale of Precision Flow Technologies

2012

Acquired the Vapor Station product line and intellectual property from Dow Chemical

2014

Acquired the engineering business unit of Fala Technologies

2015

Launched an engineering development program with leading semiconductor tool builder

2018

Acquired North Park metal, key supplier of precision sheet metal and machine parts

2019

Acquired the direct liquid injection product line and intellectual property from Brooks instruments

2022

Ceres acquired by Atlas Copco

2026

Acquired Stainless Design Concepts, prominent manufacturer of gas and chemical delivery systems
